CONGEE
Hong Kong people called it congee, we called it porridge. Whatever the name, the congee at Wah Noogee is so smooth you could drink it. This newly opened eatery located at Carlton Hotel is a sure winner for lovers of Congee. We had the "boat" congee, which came with meat balls, cuttlefish and peanuts. The restaurant also sells noodles, which I find quite ordinary. While waiting for your food, take a look at the ceiling. The orange lamp shades are quite artistic.
