Crispy Biscuit

This shop opposite China Square Food Centre has been around for many years. Tan Hock Seng makes and sells traditional chinese biscuits. On weekday (lunch period) there is always a long queue for their crispy biscuits. So the owner restricted the purchase to 3 packets per customer. The biscuits are really crispy, especially when eaten warm. Inside each biscuit is a salty sweet paste. Each pack contains 10 pieces and cost S$5.
