LOPEZ


LOPEZ is made from glutinous rice and eaten with grated coconut and gula maleka. We were at the Whampoa Bus Interchange for Thosai breakfast when Sunny decided to buy some lopez from the Malay stall selling Nasi Padang. Surprising, the lopez was good. The rice was well steamed (not too hard) and the gula maleka not too sweet.
