Malacca - Tang Sui (Sweet Dessert)
Located at a lane behind Hotel Formosa is a stall selling traditional tang sui. Elderly people come here to relax or chit chat with the cheerful stall owner and enjoy his hot dessert. He sells only 3 kinds of dessert, Puloh Hitam, Green Bean and Sweet Potato Soup. We ordered the Sweet Potato soup and found it to be very refreshing. The soup is lightly flavoured with ginger and the sweet potato is not over cooked. Each bowl cost RM$1.50. Hotel Formosa is located along Jalan Bunga Raya
