Peanut Pancake
To me, this is best peanut pancake stall in Singapore. I patronize this stall at least once a week. It has been operating from Pek Kio market for more than 30 years and is now managed by the owner's daughters. The batter is perfectly done and they are very generous with their finely crushed peanuts. To enjoy the pancake, you must eat it hot. Don't pack it into the Styrofoam box. They also make the round red bean and coconut pancakes. Each piece cost 50 cents.
