Roast Duck and Char Siew at Clementi

A friend staying near Clementi told me about a roast meats restaurant near his home that is always crowded at lunch time. True enough, when I was there on Monday, the restaurant was packed with customers. Some were sitting along the corridor. Fortunately, the chicken rice restaurant next door allows us to sit there.
We ordered a plate of mixed roast duck/char siew and ginseng chicken
soup.The de-boned roast duck was very tender and succulent. While the char siew was roasted to perfection. The gineng chicken soup was so refreshing and goes well with the roast meats. The restaurant has a wide selection of steamed soups. Rong Liang Restaurant is located at Blk 725 Clementi West Street 2.
