Sambal Crayfish in Amoy FC

If you are prepared to wait one hour, you will be rewarded with a plate of mouth-watering sambal crayfish. Lu Tian Seafood is the only stall that operates at night on the 2nd level of Amoy Food Centre (02-119). There is only one elderly cook. And he cooks one order at a time. The sambal crayfish was worth the wait. The craymeat meat was fried with a very tasty sauce. In fact, the sauces used in cooking other dishes, such as sambal kangkong and ginger chicken were all very tasty. The onion omelet was very well done. Best of all was the price. $20 for 4 dishes. Lu Tian Seafood operating hours are Mon to Sat 12pm to 9.30pm. Close on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Comments:
Went on a sat evening, 5pm. The wait was 1/2 an hour. The crayfish & kangkong were good. Thks. Ordered sweet n sour pork rib; but what was served was pork cutlet instead; rather dry cutlet.

Saw some having their curry fish head. Is it good too? Will drop by again someday.

I have not tried their curry fish head. I was told they have a fish dish (flat fish) that is very popular. Not sure of the name.
