Chwee Kueh in Ghim Moh
This (see photo) was what caught my attention when I was at Ghim Moh Food Centre. According to the stall owner, they have been making chwee kueh or rice cake since 1959. The texture is smooth and not too soft. The chai poh is not over fried. The chilli is nice and hot. Ghim Moh Chwee Kueh is in Blk 20 Ghim Moh Food Centre #01-31. Operating hours 6.15am to 7pm daily
