Thai Style Curry Fish Head and Herbal Chicken in Bukit Timah
Before BH flies home, we had dinner with SY at a restaurant in Bukit Timah. The Thai-style curry fish head at Forture Seafood Restaurant is excellent. The fish is fresh and you don't get the strong curry power taste. The herbal chicken is also excellent. The meat is so tender. The braised pork is prefectly done. The watercrest soup is very refreshing. You can either dine in the aircon restaurant or al 
fresco.
