XO Crab Bee Hoon in Changi Village
A friend recommended meeting up at Airfield Restaurant (not be be mistaken with Airfield Cafe) in Changi Village for XO Crab Bee Hoon. We debated on whether it is worth the drive all the way to Changi. Well, it was, if you include having drinks at the Terminal. The crab is very sweet and fresh. The soup is very tasty with a light touch of cognac and evaporated milk. Shen Ji Seafood Garden has a few branches in other parts of Singapore. The Terminal is a nice and quite place to have some drinks and chit chat. It is located just above the Changi Jetty, overlooking the Changi River.
